Return & Refund Policies
Pick-n-Pull Return / 30 Day Exchange Policy and Limited Warranty*
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the original item that was purchased to any Pick-n-Pull location within 30 days of the original purchase. Item must be the original part purchased, must be properly marked with the original Pick-n-Pull marking and you must have the original purchase receipt. Items can be exchanged for matching parts or returned for a store credit that can be used at any Pick-n-Pull location. Labor to pull the replacement part from our yard or to install the part is not included.
Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Exchange Policy. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential and incidental damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This Exchange Policy is only available to the original purchaser.
Pick-n-Pull does not provide a refund nor an in store credit for any admission fees, environmental fees, sales taxes charged on the environmental fees or sales taxes charged on your admission fee.
Pick-n-Pull will not accept any returned item after 30 days from the original purchase date.
* Please Note:
- The return / exchange period is 90 days at the following stores: Calgary, Edmonton and Kelowna.
- The return / exchange period is 180 days at the following stores: Roosevelt U-Pull-It (San Antonio), Cabot and Little Rock.
- New batteries sold carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is longer than ours. Please check the in-store new battery display for warranty details.
- Used / salvaged vehicles and thrift store items are sold "AS IS" and are specifically excluded from this Exchange Policy.
Pick-n-Pull Core Deposit Refund Policy
Core Deposits will be refunded up to 30 days from the original purchase. The core item returned must match the actual part purchased. Core Deposits will be refunded as cash.
Pick-n-Pull will not return any core deposits after 30 days from the original purchase date.

This Exchange Policy and Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
