Pick-n-Pull Standard Return / 30 Day Exchange Policy and Limited Warranty (1)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the original item that was purchased to any Pick-n-Pull location within 30 days of the original purchase. Item must be the original part purchased, must be properly marked with the original Pick-n-Pull marking and you must have the original purchase receipt. Items can be exchanged for matching parts or returned for a store credit that can be used at any Pick-n-Pull location. Labor to pull the replacement part from our yard or to install the part is not included. Parts disassembled after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Exchange Policy. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential and incidental damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This Exchange Policy is only available to the original purchaser.
Pick-n-Pull does not provide a refund nor an in store credit for admission fees. For purchases made before July 26, 2011, Pick-n-Pull does not provide a refund nor an in store credit for any environmental fees or sales taxes charged on any environmental fees.
Pick-n-Pull will not accept any returned item after 30 days from the original purchase date and will not accept returns on parts disassembled after purchase.
Pick-n-Pull does offer an extended warranty option – our 12-month WarrantyPLUS program.
||The return / exchange period is 6 months at the following stores: Roosevelt U-Pull-It (San Antonio), Waco, Cabot and Little Rock.
||New batteries sold carry the manufacturer's warranty. Please check the in-store new battery display for warranty details.
||Used / salvaged vehicles and thrift store items are sold "AS IS" and are specifically excluded from this Exchange Policy.
Pick-n-Pull Core Deposit Refund Policy
Core Deposits will be refunded up to 30 days from the original purchase. The core item returned must match the actual part purchased. Core Deposits will be refunded as cash.
Pick-n-Pull will not return any core deposits after 30 days from the original purchase date unless a WarrantyPLUS extended warranty was purchased for the part in which case the core return will be honored anytime during the warranty period.
When you buy from Pick-n-Pull, your receipt will include an Environmental Fee. This charge helps offset some of the costs of handling and legally disposing of hazardous materials commonly found in automobiles and other vehicles. Thank you for recycling a used auto part and helping to conserve our fragile environment.
Used Tires Sold "As Is"
With the purchase of used tires from Pick-n-Pull, the buyer acknowledges that the tires are being sold "AS IS" and in their present condition. The buyer further acknowledges that any defects or deficiencies in a used tire may not be apparent or discoverable. Pick-n-Pull has performed a tread-depth test and has visually inspected the used tires for noticeable signs of damage or defects, only. By purchasing used tires from Pick-n-Pull, the buyer agrees to have the used tires further inspected and installed by a professional tire installer.
Pick-n-Pull expressly disclaims any verbal or other type of warranty, express or implied, to the buyer, and makes no representations whatsoever regarding the used tire(s) being purchased and/or their suitability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Tires can be exchanged for replacement tires, only, within 72 hours of purchase date. Replacements will not be issued if tires have been driven on by buyer during the 72 hour period from date of sale.
The Exchange Policy and Limited Warranty described above gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
